Gloves
I guanti abbandonati suscitano un grande interesse in me, dal punto di vista simbolico in quanto da sempre rappresentano l'essere umano e richiamano la presenza umana,anche in sua assenza.
Un guanto abbandonato suscita curiosità, pone domande, stimola l'immaginazione. A chi appartenevano?Perchè sono in strada?Sono stati persi, abbandonati?E' successo qualcosa in quella strada?
In questa serie, decine di guanti incontrati in strada quotidianamente documentano un accessorio presente molto più di quanto si possa pensare, nelle strade delle città, come tanti altri oggetti abbandonati, che si accumulano ogni giorno in tutte le strade del mondo. Un oggetto abbandonato come un guanto richiama anche il concetto di abbandono, ambiente ed oggetti accumulati, usati e gettati dall'uomo o persi, che contribuiscono a deturpare, imbruttire l'ambiente in cui viviamo.
Le mani dell'uomo anche se virtuali , anche se non presenti, possono "fare" qualcosa in un senso oppure nell'altro, contribuendo a pulire il mondo oppure a sporcarlo. I guanti sono anche da sempre simbolo di potere,eleganza, sfida,corruzione, protezione, civetteria femminile, prestigio, galateo ed altre caratteristiche che rappresentano l'essere umano nella sua diversità.

In this series, dozens of gloves encountered on the street every day document an accessory that is present much more than one might think, in the streets of cities, like many other abandoned objects, which accumulate every day in all the streets of the world. An abandoned object like a glove also recalls the concept of abandonment, the environment and objects accumulated, used and thrown away by man or lost, which contribute to disfiguring and making the environment in which we live ugly.
Human hands, even if virtual, even if not present, can "do" something in one sense or another, helping to clean the world or make it dirty. Gloves have also always been a symbol of power, elegance, challenge, corruption, protection, female coquetry, prestige, etiquette and other characteristics that represent the human being in his diversity.
